c,mm,n [common]: ahora con más páginas en inglés

Esther Hoogland, de c,mm,on, el primer automóvil open source del mundo, nos informa que el proyecto ahora tiene guías y explicaciones en inglés [ver la barra celeste en la parte inferior]. Hasta hace unos días el proyecto tenía sólo explicaciones en Dutch. El proyecto viene creciendo y también han habilitado un foro para que la gente deje sus comentarios y sugerencias. Sigue algo del concepto detrás del proyecto [en inglés]:

“On the way to the first open-source car in the world: c,mm,n is an open-source community for sustainable individual mobility – a meeting place for people who are creative, intelligent and enterprising when it comes to mobility. Here, we work together on the development of sustainable mobility. Open-source means that the blueprints for the car are freely available via the Internet. Anyone is welcome to use and adapt the design to their own ideas, provided the derived designs are returned to the community. A bit like Wikipedia: anyone can join in so that the material continues to be improved. As many components of c,mm,n as possible are made with a view to recycling and re-use. This means that c,mm,n creates very little waste and the car is flexible enough to be adapted to personal needs and local conditions.”
